Youtube Downloader - 3 softwares

youtube-dl:

It's a command line program to download youtube videos.It is quite easy way to download the youtube videos. First install, 'youtube-dl' from 'Ubuntu Software Center'. Then, open the terminal and type as below. That's all. :-)

   youtube-dl http://www.youtube.com/directlink

For those who want, Graphical User Interface (GUI) - youtube downloader:

FatRat:

   It is a Qt based, upload/download manager. It can accept youtube and direct links also.

Slimrat:

   Especially designed for file hosting sites. But I prefer Tucan Manager to SlimRat for downloading from file hosting sites like Rapidshare, Megaupload, Mediafire, 4Shared etc.,

Note: Tucan Manager do not be support Youtube downloads.
